These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and software (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Menial Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales as company number 6840061.

2. Use of Services

Our software is licensed, not sold, to you for personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or distribute our software without explicit permission. You may not lease, rent or re-sell your licenses.

3. Purchases and Payments

Purchases are processed through:

  • Our merchant of record (Paddle)
  • The Mac App Store
  • Setapp

All transactions are subject to the respective merchants terms and conditions, including refund and billing policies.

4. Refunds

Menial Ltd can only issue refunds for purchases made through our merchant of record, Paddle. For purchases made via the Mac App Store or Setapp, you must request refunds with Apple or Setapp directly.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to reach out so we can attempt to resolve the problem. If we can’t, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Upon refunding, you will lose access to any associated software licenses. Please contact us at info@menial.co.uk for assistance.

5. Updates and Support

While we may release updates or improvements to our software, we do not guarantee the availability, timing, or functionality of such updates. Support for our products is provided at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Menial Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to data loss, system failure, or business interruption.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services remain the property of Menial.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will be indicated by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
